Video duration: 593 seconds This is a severe squall line that moved through the Mackay region producing damaging winds up to 90km/hr. I was at the Harbour in an open and exposed area at the time and I am sure that some of the gusts were over 100, especially around the 7:50 mark, the entire car was shaking. My boss who has lived in Mackay for 15 years had never seen a storm like this one before. Video duration: 199 seconds Flying around a storm from Brisbane to Sydney at 40,000ft. This was the early stages of it and would later go on to become severe. Some viewers have spotted a dog face in the video so I reviewed it and to my disbelief there is a CLEARLY visible dog face at around the 52 second mark! Can make out the eye (complete with retina!), snout, ear and mouth.. truely amazing! Video duration: 116 seconds This is my tornado machine project that's finally finished. It's the design I followed from http://amasci.com/am ateur/tornbox.html. It uses the slatted sides design to draw air into a central location. A fan on the top then draws the rotating airmass out the roof of the enclosure.
